What are your gate hours?

Facility access hours are from 6am to 10pm daily

What are your office hours?

Our Staff is available via phone, text or email from 6am to 8pm Mon-Fri and 7am to 4pm Sat

How do I access my storage unit?

At move-in, you will be issued a personal gate code for access to the facility during gate hours

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

Our units range from 5x10 mini units - each fitting the contents of a small bedroom to 10x20 units, which are big enough to fit the contents of a multi-bedroom house.  Our Rent Storage page includes details on what each unit can accommodate.  
Of course, we can assist you to ensure you maximize the storage you are looking for.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we only rent on a month-to-month basis, requiring a 15-day notice to vacate.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport)

What is the process for renting a storage unit?

The process is simple! 
  1. Visit our website and click Rent Storage to view all available storage units. 
  2. Select your unit size and click Rent Now. You'll be prompted to provide your personal and payment information. 
  3. You will also be asked to answer a few questions so that we can better serve you. 
  4. Once your payment has been processed, you'll be able to access your unit immediately.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay online using our tenant payment portal, over the phone or save time by setting up autopay!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit and debit cards.  No cash.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

YES!  You cannot store:  liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, or perishables.

Do I need to bring a lock?

No!  Locks are provided with each rental!

What do I do when I'm ready to move-out?

To complete your move-out and stop billing, please follow these steps:

  1. Remove All Items – Empty the unit completely. Any items left will result in a $50 minimum cleaning fee.
  2. Sweep the Unit – Leave the space broom-clean.
  3. Remove Lock – Place the lock/keys on the unit floor and include them in your photos.
  4. Send Photos – Text us photos of the empty unit, with the unit number visible, lock/keys. 
  5. Important – Until photos are received and move-out is confirmed, billing and notifications will continue.
Following these steps will confirm your move-out and prevent extra charges.
